We always ship all orders within 2 working days via Airmail. Generally, all international orders take about 7 to 14 working days for shipment to arrive.
Returns happen, we get that - so we keep our returns policy as simple and painless as possible to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.
The short and simple policy is that as long as your item is still new and in the condition it was received, with all packaging, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. For further details, keep reading.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund at all.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price as shown on the proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase can be supplied then it must be assumed that the product was purchased at the lowest sale price previously offered and a refund for that amount will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund any unpaid shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 20$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
